From the very start with appointment setting, office visits Dr. Crystal Wiggins and her staff made me feel as easy and listened to all my concerns at my most vulnerable point dealing with hearing loss. With Dr. Wigging recommendations and information on hearing aids and realistic information on my hearing she and her staff made the most positive impact on my hearing which I will forever be grateful for. I can’t say enough good things about Memorial Hearing. I called them in tears, completely frustrated because my hearing aids weren’t working properly, and I was struggling just to get through conversations. I was tired of asking people to repeat themselves or pretending I heard something when I didn’t — it was exhausting and isolating.

From the moment I contacted Memorial Hearing, I was met with compassion and understanding. The entire staff was warm and welcoming, and Dr. Wilcox was empathic and kind. She took the time to truly listen, made me feel completely at ease. I was fitted with new hearing aids and WOW what a difference.  I’m so happy to hear clearly.  I left feeling hopeful and confident — something I hadn’t felt in a long time.

Definitely a white glove experience! From scheduling the appointment, to being seen the same afternoon, to a very informative exam and ear wax removal, the staff catered to my every need. I'm only upset with myself that I waited so long before seeking treatment. Thank you Dr. Crystal Wiggins and staff! I will definitely be referring you in the future! 🤍🙏
